The Build Peace Database aims to document uses of information, communications, networking and gaming technologies in peacebuilding programs around the world.
Projects are categorised by the peacebuilding program area they fall into and by the function that technology plays in the project. For a detailed explanation of the different categories in the database see this metadata document.
This database is a collaborative project of YoLab, the International Peace Institute, the Human Data and Development Initiative and Mercy Corps. It is curated by Helena Puig Larrauri and Michaela Ledesma. Build Peace Databse is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.
